Shipping Details
- Shipping Locations: We ship exclusively within New Zealand and are unable to deliver to PO Box or Private Bag addresses.
- Shipping Rate: A flat rate of $15.00 is applied to all orders.
- Handling Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during peak periods may take longer to process.
- Delivery Time: Once processed, please allow 3-7 working days for your order to be delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

Please be aware that during public holidays and peak shopping times, such as sales events, both handling and shipping times may be delayed.
