28 Day Returns on Full Price Items:

Full price items can be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging, including the shoe box.

Condition of Returned Items:

Items that have been worn outside, even for a short period, cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the items show signs of wear or are not in their original packaging.

Returns for items purchased from a Rieker stockist:

We can only process returns for purchases made through our website, www.rieker.co.nz. For items bought from independent retailers, please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy, including for faulty products.

Sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

We offer self-serve returns through our website. Please login into your account to submit a return request.

Approval can take up to 2 business days.

Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost unless the item is considered a manufacturing fault.

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 2-4 business days.

If for any reason we are unable to process a refund to the original payment method, we will issue you a credit note.

If you believe your item is faulty, please submit a return request and we will review it. We will contact you via email within 2-4 business days.

Please note, fair wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please submit a return request and place a new order separately.
